- Roles: client is typically the Controller; Akribea Labs acts as Processor when processing personal data on behalf of the client.
- Processing: limited to services scope; documented instructions only.
- Security: reasonable technical and organizational measures; access controls and logging.
- Sub-processors: infrastructure providers as required to deliver services; disclosed upon request or in contract exhibits.
- Incidents: prompt notification upon confirmed incident affecting client data, consistent with contractual terms.
